Extra virgin - Considered the superior grade of olive oil, comprising the oil from the first pressing of the olives. Best savoured in dressings, marinades and dips where the full flavour of the oil can be best enjoyed.
Pure - this type of olive oil is filtered and refined and therefore has a higher smoke point. This makes pure olive oil the ideal oil for stir frying and sautéing foods.
Mild and Light - This type of olive oil is specially blended for its mild taste and light colour. This allows you to enjoy all the health benefits of olive oil without the stronger flavour associated with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, making Mild and Light olive oil ideal for use in baking.
