New potatoes with beans and olives


1 tbsp Don Carlos olive oil
25g butter
200g new potatoes, quartered
100g green beans, trimmed
75g Don Carlos black olives, chopped
Don Carlos Salt
Freshly ground black pepper.

Serves 4


Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan and fry the potato until golden brown. Add the green bean to the frying pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the beans are tender. Stir in the olives, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve as a side dish or as a starter

The flavours and textures in this dish work really well together.
