Garlic Mushrooms


1 tbsp Don Carlos Olive oil
12 mushrooms
1 chopped garlic head
2 tbsp parsley


Choose mushrooms of a similar size remove the stems and put them to one size. Wash the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil. Chop the stems and fry them with chopped garlic and parsley. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and continue to fry them in the pan until they are golden.

By using olive oil to fry the mushrooms you will find it will help retain the fresh flavours of the garlic and parsley for the mixture.
